By using Bluffaroo, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

• You won't use Bluffaroo to harass, threaten, or harm others.
• You won't enter content that's illegal, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights.
• You won't try to overload our servers or exploit security vulnerabilities.
• The Spicy category is for adults (18+) only. By enabling it, you confirm you and your fellow players meet this requirement.

Content you create

You own what you type. By using Bluffaroo, you grant us a temporary licence to display your content to other players in your room for the duration of the game. We don't store it after the game ends.

What we provide

Bluffaroo is provided as-is, free of charge, with no warranty. We don't guarantee uptime, availability, or that the service will meet your expectations.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any damages arising from your use of Bluffaroo. If you live somewhere that doesn't allow this exclusion, your liability is capped at the amount you paid us — which is zero.

Termination

We can disable lobbies or block users at our discretion if these terms are violated.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing law
